This interactive showcase for beverages is a personal project and also an experiment for designing gestural interfaces in different environments.

The Story Behind
A beverage vending machine could be more interesting with a touch screen glass!
Sometimes, I go to a store near my place in order to buy beverages. And often, this experience is boring: we open the refrigerator to see what is available, then we close to keep the temperature, we think about the best option, then we ask the price, decide, eventually, we open the refrigerator again, not satisfied, we change our minds, then we close the refrigerator, think a little bit moreā¦
After all this process, we finally get the beverage and go to the cashier to pay. Just now, you got your beverage! Congratulations!
Ok! I agree, I am being dramatic. But it certainly would be a lot more fun if we could “play” with the refrigerator and just “choose, pay, get it and au revoir” in a touch.
This interactive showcase for beverages brings to you a free and fun experience!
